Please try the following solution << When using Google Chrome >> (1) Click the vertical ellipsis on the upper right of the screen to display the setting menu. Select "Settings" from the menu to display the setting screen. (2) On Privacy and security > select Site Settings. (3) On Content > select Pop-ups and redirects. (4) Enter <[*.]j-plus.jgc.com> from the [Allow] Add button. << When using INTERNET EXPLORER >> Solution-(a) Disable Pop-up Blocker a-1. Open Internet Explorer a-2. From MENU Bar, Select: Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Turn Off Pop-up Blocker Solution-(b) Allow Display of Pop-up windows of a specific URL (If, for security reasons, you cannot disable the Pop-up Blocker, take this solution) b-1. Open Internet Explorer b-2. From Menu Bar, Select: Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Turn Off Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker Setting b-3. Enter <j-plus.jgc.com> in the field of "Address of Web site to allow". b-4. Click "Add" |

Internet Explorerを開く a-2. メニューバーを選択する: ツール > ポップアップ ブロック > ポップアップ ブロックを無効にする 解決策(b) URLを指定し、ポップアップ表示を許可する (セキュリティ上ポップアップブロッカーを無効にできない場合には、この方法を取って下さい) b-1.
